What we collect

When you contact AnderMaxPC we collect only the information needed to coordinate your computer service: your name, your email address (and phone number if you provide one), and any files, screenshots, or descriptions you choose to share so we can understand the issue with your device.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to schedule visits, diagnose and repair your hardware, communicate with you about the job, and issue receipts or warranty records. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

GDPR & Irish law

AnderMaxPC complies with the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time.

No third-party sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only exception is when advanced data recovery requires our vetted IE/UK partner lab, and even then we proceed only with your explicit written consent.
